border: 0px; outline: none; box-sizing: border-box;">تا حد امکان در خانه بمانید و به­ خصوص اگر خطر بروز بیماری جدی در شما بالاست، بین خودتان و دیگران (تا 2 متر) فاصله ایجاد کنید. یادتان باشد ممکن است بعضی از افراد بدون داشتن علائم یا اطلاع از ابتلا به کووید-19، دچار این بیماری باشند و آن را به دیگران منتقل کنند.</li><li style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px 0px 5px; list-style: none disc; border: 0px; outline: none; box-sizing: border-box;">دستان خود را مرتبا به مدت 20 ثانیه با آب و صابون بشویید یا از مایع ضدعفونی­ کننده­ ی حاوی الکل 70% استفاده کنید.</li><li style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px 0px 5px; list-style: none disc; border: 0px; outline: none; box-sizing: border-box;">در مکان­ های عمومی، مانند خواروبارفروشی، که اجتناب از تماس نزدیک با دیگران دشوار است ماسک بزنید (به­ خصوص در مکان­ هایی که شیوع بیماری در آن بیشتر بوده است). از ماسک پارچه ­ای غیر جراحی استفاده کنید- ماسک جراحی و N95 باید در اختیار پرستاران و پرسونل پزشکی قرار گیرد.</li><li style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px 0px 5px; list-style: none disc; border: 0px; outline: none; box-sizing: border-box;">هنگام عطسه یا سرفه جلوی دهان خود را با آرنج یا دستمال بپوشانید. دستمال آلوده را دور بیندازید. فورا دستان خود را بشویید.</li><li style="padding: 0px; border: 0px; outline: none; box-sizing: border-box;">سطوحی که مرتب در معرض تماس قرار دارد، مانند دستگیره­ ی در، کلید چراغ، وسایل الکترونیکی و پیشخوان ­ها، را هر روز تمیز و ضد عفونی کنید.</li><li style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px 0px 5px; list-style: none disc; border: 0px; outline: none; box-sizing: border-box;">اگر مریض هستید، در خانه بمانید و به محل کار یا مدرسه نروید. فقط برای دریافت مراقبت­ های پزشکی از خانه خارج شوید. اگر بیمار هستید، از وسایل نقلیه­ ی عمومی، تاکسی و سوار شدن در یک ماشین بپرهیزید.</li></ul>
