* The first and the third references are the best ones among these three. the first reference covers almost all important grammatical points. the third reference touches a number of important and problematic points about grammar, but does not try to teach grammar from scratch. the second reference starts from the very basics of grammar and although it is a highly valuable book for learning grammar it has less priority for your MA exam.

* The first and the second references are the most informative ones for your MA exam. The third reference is another good reference besides the first one and actually complements it, but it is not very urgent to study. Between the second and the fourth references you may choose just one and there is no need to cover them both simultaneously; however, the former is a more useful one.
